You have 30 days from the date you receive your RheoFit product to initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in "like new" condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• RheoFit will cover standard return shipping costs for all eligible returns U.S. and European Countries.
• At this time, we do not offer exchanges by mail.
  

• Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their return policies.
• Personalized items, refurbished devices, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.
• If a product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, RheoFit reserves the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund based on the product’s condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Only returns authorized by RheoFit will be processed.
  

1. Repackaging
   Ensure the product is securely repackaged in its original box, including all accessories and the return authorization document.
2. Shipping
   Take your return package to any authorized shipping location, following the instructions provided.
3. Inspection
   Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
4. Refunds
   Refunds process within 10-15 days after receiving the return and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your account.

  Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions. You will have 14 days to ship the item back after receiving the label.
